Lnk.Bio doesn't track any PII about your visitors and doesn't set any cookies.
Therefore, according to all privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, a consent banner is not required.
In case you set up your profile to include tracking pixels (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc...) then a consent banner will be shown automatically in your profile, and tracking pixels will only be fired if and when a user gives explicit consent.
In all other cases we don't keep any PII about your visitors, and this includes their IP addresses.
Statistics offered within your Lnk.Bio profiles are 100% anonymous: we only keep track of how many clicks/visits are performed, without keeping any information about who did those visits/clicks.
