Icons are sorted following the same order in which you added, from the last to the first.
To change the order, head over to My Page => Content section, then scroll down until you see your Icons, and tap on the Move Icons button located under each Icons Block, as shown below:
Once you tap there, you'll be able to drag&drop your icons in any preferred order, as shown below:
