2FA is a way to protect your account by having to input a 6-digit code every time you log in.

This 6-digit code is generated by an app on your mobile phone. Usually it's either Google Authenticator or Authly.

DO NOT REMOVE your Authentication App once you enabled 2FA or you will be locked out of your account.
