You can detach accounts from your Agency or Multi-Account at any time. When an account is detached, it is removed from your Agency dashboard and becomes a standalone Lnk.Bio profile.
The account itself is not deleted. The profile and its links remain active, but it will no longer be managed from your Agency panel.
How to detach an account
Go to your Multi-account dashboard
Find the account you want to detach
Click on the 3 dots near the "tap" button below the profile picture of the account.
Select "Settings"
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click Detach
Once detached, the account will immediately be removed from your Agency dashboard.
Requirements before detaching
Before detaching an account, make sure the profile has a login email set and confirmed. This ensures the owner can access the account after it leaves the Agency.
If the account does not have a confirmed login email, you will need to add and verify it before the Detach option becomes available.
What happens after detaching
After detaching:
The account is removed from your Agency dashboard
The profile remains active
The account becomes an independent Lnk.Bio profile
The account is downgraded to the Free plan
Premium features from the Agency plan are removed
The account owner can upgrade again at any time if they want to access premium features.
