Lnk.Bio makes it easy to manage UTM parameters with presets, simplifying your tracking and analysis efforts. This guide will walk you through creating UTM presets and applying them to your links.

This guide divides into two steps: Creating Presets and Applying Presets

To create UTM presets, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Stats section from your Lnk.Bio dashboard.

2. Go to Settings and click on UTM Presets.

3. Fill in the required fields:

• Name: Assign a clear, descriptive name to the preset for easy identification later.

• UTM Parameters: Enter the values for utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and any other applicable UTM parameters.

4. Once completed, save your UTM preset.

Your preset will now be available for selection when applying UTM tags to your links.

You can either apply your UTM presets to a single link, or to multiple links

1. Go to the Lnks section in your Lnk.Bio dashboard.

2. Find the specific link you want to tag and click on it to open the link editor.

3. Click Show Advanced, locate the UTM Presets dropdown, and select the preset you created earlier.

4. Save your changes.

The selected UTM parameters will now be appended to the URL for this specific link.

1. In the Lnks section, activate multi-link selection by toggling the appropriate option.

2. Select the links you want to apply the UTM preset to by:

• Clicking on individual links, OR

• Using the Select All option.

3. From the right-hand floating bar, click on UTM Presets and choose the preset you created in the previous step.

4. Apply the selected preset to all chosen links in one action.

The UTM parameters will now be appended to the URLs of all selected links.
